Tour program

Day 1: Zvartnots Airport – Hotel – Gala Dinner – Evening Walk in Yerevan
  • Your journey begins at Zvartnots Airport, the most modern and beautiful airport in the region. You will be greeted and transferred to your hotel, where you can check in and rest after your flight, preparing for the start of your adventure.
  • The evening will start with a gala dinner at one of Yerevan's best restaurants, where you will enjoy traditional Armenian cuisine along with a national music and dance show.
  • After dinner, we'll take a walk through evening Yerevan.
  1. The walk begins at the Yerevan 2800th Anniversary Park, dedicated to the city's 2800th anniversary.
  2. We'll then proceed to Republic Square to admire the impressive singing fountains and illuminated buildings.
  3. We'll stroll along Northern Avenue, the city's entertainment hub, with its global brand shops and cozy cafes.
  4. We'll visit Swan Lake, a picturesque spot in the city center, which becomes an ice rink in winter and an ideal place for relaxation in summer.
  5. The walk continues past the Opera and Ballet Theatre, one of Yerevan's beautiful symbols,
  6. and on to the Cascade Complex, a renowned architectural and cultural center with numerous flower gardens and bas-reliefs, offering a stunning view of the city.
  7. In the heart of the Cascade is the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, where you can enjoy unique contemporary art exhibitions.
  • After the walk, we'll return to the hotel to rest and prepare for the next busy days.
Day 2: Breakfast – Brandy and Wine Tasting – Geghard Monastery – Lunch – Garni Temple – Symphony of Stones – Dinner – Dalma Garden Mall
  • We’ll start the day with breakfast at the hotel.
  • Our first stop will be the Matenadaran, a repository of ancient manuscripts and documents, one of the richest centers for manuscript preservation in the world.
  • Next, we'll visit a famous Armenian brandy factory. We'll tour the cellars and learn about the traditions and secrets of Armenian brandy production. The tour includes a tasting of several types of brandy and wine, allowing you to appreciate the true quality of local drinks.
  • Our next stop will be Geghard Monastery, a unique medieval monastic complex included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Here, the Holy Lance that pierced Christ’s side was kept for 500 years. This place is imbued with a profound spiritual atmosphere.
  • We'll have lunch at a colorful restaurant in the village of Garni, where you can try the best dishes of Armenian cuisine.
  • After lunch, we'll visit Garni Temple, the only preserved pagan temple in Armenia, built in 77 AD. The temple is dedicated to the Sun God Mithra and is a splendid example of Hellenistic architecture.
  • Then we'll head to the natural monument – Symphony of Stones or Basalt Organ. This natural wonder consists of giant hexagonal and pentagonal basalt columns (about 50 meters high), which seem handcrafted due to their amazing symmetry.
  • After this, we'll return to Yerevan for dinner at one of the best restaurants in the city.
  • We'll then visit Dalma Garden Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Yerevan, with stores of world-famous brands.
  • After shopping, we'll return to the hotel for the night.
Day 3: Breakfast – Khor Virap Monastery – Areni Cave – Lunch – Noravank Monastery – Shaki Waterfall – Dinner
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head south.
  • We’ll start the day with a visit to Khor Virap Monastery, located at the foot of Mount Ararat. This place is famous not only for its views of the Armenian symbol, Mount Ararat, but also for the legend of Saint Gregory the Illuminator, who was imprisoned here for 13 years. Khor Virap Monastery is an important pilgrimage site and historical center for all Armenians.
  • Our next stop will be Areni Cave, known for its archaeological findings, including the world’s oldest winery (6100 years old). The cave offers a unique window into the past, where evidence of ancient winemaking practices was discovered.
  • We’ll then proceed to Noravank Monastery, located in a picturesque gorge among red rocks. The monastery is renowned for its unique architecture and magnificent stone carvings, including the two-story Surb Astvatsatsin Church.
  • We’ll have lunch at a local tavern, enjoying excellent wine.
  • After lunch, we'll visit Shaki Waterfall, one of the most beautiful and scenic places in Armenia. The waterfall is famous for its legends, adding a mystical feeling to its natural beauty.
  • We’ll end the day with dinner at a restaurant, enjoying traditional Armenian dishes.
  • After dinner, we’ll check in to the hotel to rest and prepare for the next day of travel.
Day 4: Breakfast – Wings of Tatev – Tatev Monastery – Devil's Bridge – Lunch – Old Khndzoresk – Jermuk Waterfall – Dinner
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • We’ll start the day with a ride on the “Wings of Tatev” cable car, the world’s longest cable car (5700 meters), passing over the Vorotan River Gorge. The cable car ride offers stunning views and leads directly to Tatev Monastery.
  • Tatev Monastery is an ancient Armenian monastic complex, a former cultural and spiritual center of medieval Armenia. The monastery is known for its architecture, including the Church of St. Paul and Peter.
  • We’ll then head to Devil’s Bridge, a natural bridge formed by erosion, located in the Vorotan River Gorge. Descending below, you’ll enter a world of secrets and stunning views, where nature has created unique and breathtaking scenes as if taken from another world.
  • We’ll have lunch in the town of Goris.
  • After lunch, we’ll head to Old Khndzoresk, a cave city representing a complex of ancient cave dwellings. The cave city can be reached via a swinging bridge, which has a height of 65 meters and a length of 165 meters.
  • We’ll then head to the town of Jermuk, where we’ll see the famous Mermaid Hair Waterfall. It is one of the most beautiful natural sites in the region.
  • We’ll end the day with dinner at one of the best restaurants in Jermuk.
  • After dinner, we’ll check in to a beautiful hotel.
Day 5: Breakfast – Selim Caravanserai – Lake Sevan – Lunch on the shores of Sevan – Sevanavank – Dilijan – Haghartsin Monastery – Dinner
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll leave Jermuk.
  • Our first stop will be Selim Caravanserai, located on the historic Silk Road. This unique place was used for the rest of caravans transporting goods from Europe to Asia. The structure impresses with its preservation and architectural style.
  • We’ll then visit the picturesque Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world. Here you can enjoy beautiful views and fresh mountain air.
  • We’ll have lunch at a restaurant on the lake shore, where you’ll enjoy delicious fish dishes.
  • After lunch, we’ll visit Sevanavank Monastery, founded in the 4th century, known for its beautiful khachkars (cross-stones) and ancient churches.
  • We’ll then head to Dilijan. The heart of the city retains the traditional architecture and atmosphere of old Dilijan. Sometimes called the “Armenian Switzerland” for its beautiful forests and mountain views.
  • Our next stop will be Haghartsin Monastery, unique for its three churches built in different historical periods.
  • We’ll end the day with dinner at a cozy local restaurant.
  • We’ll stay overnight in a beautiful hotel in Dilijan.
Day 6: Breakfast – Yerevan – Shopping at Vernissage and GUM Market – Gala Lunch – Transfer to Airport
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll return to Yerevan.
  • Our first stop will be the famous Vernissage Market, where you can buy unique Armenian souvenirs, handmade products, and art pieces.
  • We’ll then head to the GUM Market, where you can buy Armenian sweets and dried fruits.
  • We’ll organize a gala lunch at one of the most beautiful restaurants in Yerevan, which will be your farewell event in Armenia. This will be a great opportunity to remember all the wonderful moments of your journey.
  • After lunch, we’ll transfer you to the airport, where your journey will end, and you’ll head home with beautiful memories and impressions of Armenia.

Tour start and end dates
Tour start and end dates can be changed only in case of force majeure. Tour times may vary depending on weather and road conditions.
Cancellation of reservation
In case of cancellation 52 hours before the start of the tour, as well as in case of booking within the specified period and cancellation of the reservation before the start of the tour, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Advance payment
Prepayment for booking is 30%, the rest of the cost must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour.
Transfer
Before purchasing an air ticket, it is recommended to consult with us to coordinate check-in and check-out times from the hotel.
Hotel accommodation options
Accommodation in the hotel room is a double room, a family option is also possible for an additional fee and, of course, a single room on request (with an additional fee).
Transportation
The excursion will be carried out in a safe and comfortable Mercedes-Benz Viano or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (depending on the size of the group).
