How to participate in the program?

1․ Website Registration
Go to www.sunrays.am and register by creating a personal account. During registration, you will be assigned a unique identification number (ID) that will be used for identification in the program.
2․ Invite Friends
Use your unique ID to invite friends to the site. Share your ID with friends and relatives who would like to use the company's services. When they register and use the paid services, mention your ID as the referrer.
3․ Accumulate and Use Bonuses
For each paid service purchased by your invited customers where the offer card/confirmation expressly states that the Program applies and that Bonus accrual is provided, you will be credited with Bonuses.
Bonuses may be used as a discount only for those services where the interface expressly indicates that Bonus redemption is available and specifies the maximum redemption amount.
Bonuses remain valid until they are used, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion and/or in the Personal Account.

Bonus Points
Bonus accrual for each paid service purchased by invited customers — where Bonus accrual is предусмотрено (provided) for the relevant service.
Invite Friends
For invited customers using paid services, you are credited with Bonuses in the amount specified under the terms of the relevant service/promotion (percentage/fixed amount/formula) — provided that such accrual is предусмотрено (available) and is expressly displayed on the Website.
No Expiry
Bonuses remain valid until they are used, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion and/or in the Personal Account. The Company may introduce an expiry period for certain accruals, provided this is clearly stated in the accrual terms.
Flexibility of Use
Use Bonuses for partial payment (and for full payment only where permitted by the terms of the relevant service) only for services where the interface expressly indicates that Bonus redemption is available and specifies the applicable limit (e.g., up to X% or up to X AMD).
Transfer of Bonuses
Transfer of Bonuses to another participant is possible only if such functionality is expressly provided on the Website and/or in the Personal Account. If no such functionality exists, transfer is not permitted.
Bonuses may not be exchanged for money and are not payable in cash/by transfer.

How are bonuses accrued?

The accrual amount is determined by the terms of the relevant service/promotion as indicated in the offer card and/or in the Personal Account.
As a rule, Bonuses are credited after payment is confirmed and/or after the service is actually rendered/completed (depending on the service type and the Provider’s rules). The specific rule is stated for each service.
Can bonuses be used to pay for any services?
Bonuses may be used only for services where the interface expressly indicates that Bonus redemption is available (and specifies the redemption limit).
Bonuses are not accrued and may not be used to pay for air tickets, transfers and taxis, or other services/components where it is expressly stated: “Bonuses are not accrued / redemption is unavailable”.
What happens to the bonuses if I decide to leave the program?
If you leave the program, all accumulated bonuses are canceled. We recommend using all bonuses before making such a decision.
How can I invite a new client?
You can invite a new client by sending them a unique link or ID of your personal account, which they must specify when registering on the site.
What should I do if my bonuses were not credited?
If you notice that bonuses were not credited, please contact customer support through the official communication means listed on the site.
Can bonuses be transferred to another program participant?
Transfer of Bonuses to another participant is possible only if the relevant functionality is available on the Website and/or in the Personal Account. If such functionality is not available, transfer is not permitted.
What changes can be made to the program terms?
