Cancellation of Booking
If the booking is canceled 31 days before the flight, the entire paid amount will be refunded within three working days.
If the booking is canceled between 21 and 31 days before the flight, 30% of the service cost will not be refunded.
If the booking is canceled between 11 and 21 days before the flight, 50% of the service cost will not be refunded.
If the booking is canceled within 11 days before the flight, 100% of the service cost will not be refunded.
If the Tour Package includes the service of selling airline tickets, the tickets are non-refundable after booking, regardless of the flight date.
In any case, if the Client refuses the services, the Company has the right to demand compensation for its direct or indirect expenses from the Client.
